FAQ’s

How do I secure my booking?

We require a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure the items and date. The balance is then due 7 days prior to your event date. If you are booking within 7 days of your event date we will require full payment be made.

What is your hire period?

Our hire rate is for a period of 3-4 days, however if you require a longer period please contact us to discuss we may be able to accommodate.

How long is my quote valid for?

All hire quotes are valid for 14 days, however please note that no order is secure until the 20% deposit has been paid.

Can I change my order after paying the deposit?

Of course! We understand that you may change your mind or style over the planning period, guest quantities can also change so your welcome to make changes to your order prior to final balance being paid. All items are subject to availability.

Do you offer Delivery or Pick up?

Delivery is required for all of our larger items, we only allow DIY pick up on smaller prop items. Our delivery fees are in addition to our hire fee, these are determined on each quotation and based on location, staff required, amount of items and access to delivery location.
